Last week was Jule week at the Earley house. We were busy getting ready for our much anticipated house guests. In preparation, there was much sewing, banner hanging and fairy shrinking. We are so honored that Jule chose to spend her birthday with us!
Jule's visit started after the kids were asleep on Friday. Apparently they just couldn't wait until morning to see each other, so there was quite a lot of whispering and catching up from 3 to 6 am.
Saturday was filled with lots of outdoor fun - collecting pecans, leaving presents for the fairies in our Fairy Garden and searching the ivy for treasure boxes.
Then the mamas and the girls (or I should say "ladies", as they were dressed up in lady outfits, including gloves) went for a quick stroll and shopping in the Square.
Top it off with opening presents and eating brownies and ice cream and I think it was a pretty fun day.
