Finn in a Dress, Again

I made this dress intending for it to be a present for my niece who is due to arrive in June. I figured new parents get so much newborn clothing it might be fun to get something a little bigger. I followed the pattern exactly and it is supposed to fit size 9 to 12 months. However, the dress turned out to be big enough to fit Finn. I think a dress big enough for a two year old might be just a bit overwhelming as a baby gift, so its back to the newborn sewing for me.
