On day nine we headed to the ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center in Burlington. We have been there several times and always enjoy it.
Cael enjoyed the new kids discovery room.
At first he wasn't so sure about the dinosaur replicas, but he warmed up to them, sort of.
I snuck outside and found a chair on the deck. It was so lovely, even if only for a few minutes.
After the science center we walked to Church street and had lunch and then vegan cupcakes.
Later, we went back to the cemetery to do a little letterboxing.
That evening, the kids were playing tag outside in their bare feet and Finn ran into a barrel planter. So we spent a good part of Day 10 getting x-rays and fitted for a boot. He fractured his big toe in several places.
